Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements
(STAIRs)

Concept Housing Association is aware of its obligations under the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) to publish Phase 1 information by 1 October. We are fully committed to the principles of transparency, accountability and providing residents with meaningful access to information about our services and performance.

As part of our implementation programme, a number of information sets remain subject to final governance, validation and quality assurance processes. We believe it is important that the information we publish is accurate, complete and appropriately assured.

For this reason, the Phase 1 STAIRs information will be available on Monday 5 October 2026.

We recognise the importance of these requirements and apologise for the short delay. Concept Housing Association remains committed to meeting both the spirit and intent of STAIRs and ensuring residents have access to clear, reliable and accessible information.
