We offer comprehensive support services where required, including health and financial advice to help you take the first steps toward securing more permanent housing.

Concept Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord, regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.
We are a not-for-profit housing association, with a team of over 100 people working from offices in Birmingham and Bradford.
We support more than 10,000 residents across England every year.
We offer different types of homes, depending on location and individual needs.

As a registered landlord, our responsibility is to make sure your rights are protected. To do this we follow the Charter of Rights, which is an important part of your licence agreement.

We make sure your home and support are of the right standard
This includes property inspections, working with partner Managing Agents, listening to your feedback and working with you to find solutions to any complaints.
We manage your housing benefit
This helps make sure your rent is paid on time and your housing remains secure.
We provide a qualified and dedicated Support Worker
Your Support Worker will provide a personalised support plan, visit on a regular basis and provide you with advice and guidance. The support you will receive will be person-centred and focused on your goals.

During your time with Concept Housing, you will be in regular contact with our Managing Agent. Our Managing Agents play an important role in making you feel welcome and that your accommodation is safe, clean and furnished.
