Concept Housing Association CIC is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2019, with offices in Birmingham and Bradford.
Concept was born out of a desire to make a positive contribution to the affordable housing crisis.
Our priority is to provide desperately needed homes for social and affordable rent.

Our board, management and operational teams are composed of experienced professionals, who bring value from both the private and public sectors.
We provide accommodation and support services which allow our vulnerable residents to thrive and move on to permanent settled homes.
